HSI has a lot of diversity in the students and the teachers. Coach Harryman’s job is to bring this diversity together and teach her students to their max potential.
Miss Harryman’s job as the coach is difficult but when you love doing something so much you do not even think about it. She teaches grades 1st – 5th grade and 9th grade. She teaches the middle school volleyball and high school volleyball team. That shows that Miss Harryman works hard even though she is teaching both middle school and high school.
She prepares her volleyball team with stretching, doing warm up drills, and they talk about how to be mentally and physically ready for the game. She believes her team is very good but needs to prepare a bit more. She also said that the team has a lot of potential due to the fact that they are very young. She will also teach basketball and soccer for the girls.
Miss Harryman’s favorite teams in sports are the Texas Rangers, Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Stars, and the Nebraska Huskers. She has three brothers and was born in Dallas, Texas and went to the University of North Texas.
Miss Harryman is a good addition to the Harmony School staff and she brings a lot of energy. Hopefully she will be here for the later years to come.
