Student council has already kicked off, lead by Mrs. Harris and the high schools students. They help out with the school organizations and stuff. Everything they plan happens after school, when they meet on Tuesdays.
They have many projects that they have been working on. The “Bingo Night is coming up October 28th” stated Jae Cho, their president, is the most recent project they are working on.
So how do you get into such a thing as student council, I might ask. “Well I got a notification letter from the teachers” quoted Cara Loehding, their secretary. Is there any specific goals ya’ll are trying to accomplish for Harmony? “To make a better school experience for the students” stated Lizette Mares, their graphic designer, eagerly.
Aside from all the work and all these group of friends, have fun doing what they do. “I do enjoy being secretary for the Student Council, I like taking notes cause of the highlighters.” Stated Cara, “just to know I’m helping out makes me proud of myself,” quoted Lizette. In my opinion, we should thank these guys for helping us out, and making Harmony just a little better in each day.
