Cutting Edge Haunted House

The Cutting Edge Haunted House opened on September 10th, and goes through November 1st. A child ticket costs $25 and an adult ticket costs $30 (not including tax). Since the haunted house in an abandoned meat packing plant in Fort Worth, the drive from Carrollton took about 45 minutes. It takes an hour and a half to get through the haunted house. Although we had to wait to get tickets, and wait in line for quite a bit; it was all worth it.
When you get there, the line will most likely come out of the parking lot, so get there early. Some people waited up to 3 hours. They do try to help entertain you by having scary people in the parking lot and lines.
Although the haunted house was very terrifying, it was also very fun. You could find plenty of pop-outs, chainsaws, mist, strobe lights, and rooms where you had to find your way out. They made the sound effects and the animatronics very believable. It seemed as though every time the haunted house was over, something new came at you.  At the very end they put you in this SAW based maze that you had to find yourself out of, and the only thing they gave you to help was a glow stick. If you found the door that said “I want to live” then you won a prize.
If you have an hour and a half to kill, a ride, and about $40, I strongly recommend you go. The whole experience was thrilling, and Cutting Edge is by far the best haunted house I’ve been to.
