The Best Way to Lose Weight
Losing weight can be hard and time consuming. The best way to lose weight is by dieting and exercising. By making wise food choices and reading the nutritional facts, you can reduce your calorie intake and lose weight overtime.  Eating from the five food groups and drinking about six glasses of water a day provide immense health benefits. Exercising is very important as well. Exercises such as weight-lifting, push-ups, sit-ups, jogging, tennis, swimming, and running help build muscle which burns more calories.

Another way to lose weight is by taking diet pills. Although they seem to be effective, diet pills have many side effects that can be harmful. It is really important to talk to a doctor or your parent before taking any diet pills.   

 Coffee or tea also help to lose weight and is a much cheaper option than prescribed medication.  Both drinks speed up the body’s metabolism rate as well as provide energy which keeps one awake throughout the day.

Losing weight is a fun and rewarding experience, but remember to do it the right way. By dieting and exercising, you will reduce your risk of heart disease and will improve your metabolism.  The first step to a healthier life begins with losing weight.
