All teachers come from different backgrounds and went to different colleges, but Mrs. Kemper is no different.
Mrs. Kemper‘s whole name is Andrea Baker Kemper and she went to Weber State University in Ogden, Utah.
Mrs. Kemper had 3 teachers that inspired her on becoming a teacher and when she was younger she always wanted to draw/write on the chalk board. Even though she loves teaching she says that it’s also a tough job and can be very time consuming, she also doesn’t have a whole lot of free time and there’s always work that needs to be done. What she loves about teaching is when the light bulb clicks in the students head and the fact that she is teaching older kids instead of younger kids. What she doesn’t like about being a teacher is how sometimes students can be very talkative and it makes her angry having to tell them to say “be quiet” or to “shut up,” another thing is how everyday she doesn’t get to leave the school and go home until about 5 or 5:30. Harmony is so happy to have Mrs. Kemper a english teacher, she has taught for 2 years and has been doing a awsome job at it and hopes she stays for many more years.
