Isabelle Arriaga, a returning player at Harmony says, “Well in the beginning it was fun because the good players were playing, so we were doing well.” Later, less experienced players were in which elevated the level of frustrations for some of the girls.
Kiana Haynes, a new player at Harmony says, “I did have fun, volleyball is fun to do and to be with friends. It wasn’t fun when we lost and it got frustrating because the roof was leaking and the court was too small. We made a lot of mistakes but I still had fun.”
They might have lost but they intend on winning the upcoming games which are on September 27 & 29 at IAD at 6:00 pm. They have practiced so hard and try to win every time. These girls work and fight to win and they will!
On Tuesday night the final score was 6 -15. We lost but we are going to try our best to win on Thursday night!
Please come and support our team Tuesday and Thursday nights!
